PawClear is a registration and documentation service for Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals. We provide:

• Database registration entries for Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals
• Digital certificate PDFs and photo ID cards
• QR-code-based verification pages
• Supporting documentation such as rights summaries, letter templates, and guides

PawClear does not provide clinical, medical, or legal services. Our certificates and ID cards are professional documentation tools designed to help you present your animal's registration to landlords, housing providers, and businesses.

By using PawClear, you agree that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You will not misrepresent your animal as a service animal or ESA if it does not qualify under applicable law
• You will not use our documentation to make fraudulent claims or misrepresent the legal authority of your registration
• You are responsible for understanding the laws in your jurisdiction that govern ESAs and service animals
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Providing false information or using PawClear documentation to commit fraud is a violation of these terms and may violate applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize PawClear to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@pawclear.com within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law. Renewal and replacement ID card purchases are subject to the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Registration and documentation. PawClear provides registration, documentation, and verification services for Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals. Our digital certificates, ID cards, and verification pages are professional documentation tools accepted by landlords and businesses.

No guarantee of accommodation. While our documentation is designed to support your requests, we cannot guarantee that any specific landlord, business, or housing provider will grant your accommodation request, as decisions depend on individual circumstances.

All content on the PawClear website and in our documentation templates is owned by or licensed to PawClear. You may use the certificates and documents we generate for you for their intended purpose (communicating your animal's registration to housing providers, businesses, and others). You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our templates, guides, or other proprietary materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawClear and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Denial of housing accommodation or public access
• Reliance on information in our documentation or guides
• Any disputes between you and a landlord, business, or housing provider

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of PawClear shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PawClear shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PawClear after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
